My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with soft and comfortable beds and pillows. However, the bathroom on the 2nd floor had a flooding issue every time we used it, making it challenging to stay dry while getting ready. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, particularly Nicolas at breakfast and in the bar. The location was ideal for exploring Valencia, within walking distance of many tourist spots and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The dining experience was mixed, with some amazing dishes but also a few disappointing items. Despite some minor drawbacks, it was a good value for the money.
